Text messaging terms

What this is

AMAC Expenses is the internal expense system for employees of AMAC and its affiliated organizations. Employees can text a photo of a receipt or bill to (631) 307-4881. We reply with a single confirmation message containing a link to review and submit the expense.

How you opt in

Only AMAC employees with an AMAC Expenses account can use this service. You opt in by adding your mobile number to your AMAC Expenses profile, where we show this notice: “By adding your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from AMAC Expenses about receipts you send us. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Then you text a receipt to (631) 307-4881. We only ever text you in reply to a receipt you sent.

What we send

• “AMAC Expenses: Got it. Check the details and submit: https://expense.amac.us/expenses/new?draft=…”
• “AMAC Expenses: This number isn’t on an AMAC Expenses account. Add your mobile number to your profile at https://expense.amac.us, then text the receipt again.”

Message frequency varies with how many receipts you send, typically a few per month. No marketing messages are sent.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact expenses@amac.us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to match receipts you text to your account and to reply to you. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the AMAC privacy policy.
